Privacy policy
1. What we collect
Account details (name, mobile, email), company details (name, GSTIN, address), the business records you enter (customers, quotes, orders, invoices, stock), and technical data (IP address, device, pages used) for security and support.
2. Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, to bill you, to send the messages you ask the app to send, to give support, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
3. Your customers' data
For the customer records you enter, you are the data fiduciary and we process them on your behalf under the data processing terms, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. Sharing
With service providers that help run the service (hosting, database, payments, messaging, email), under contracts that protect the data. With authorities when the law requires it.
5. Where data is kept
Data is stored with our hosting providers. Where it is processed outside India, we use providers with appropriate safeguards.
6. How long
While your account is active, then 90 days after cancellation, except invoices and records we must keep under GST and tax law.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct and export your data in the app, and ask us to delete your account. Write to privacy@quoteyourframe.com; our grievance officer replies within 30 days.
