Terms of service
1. Who we are
QuoteYourFrame is provided by Cog9 Technologies Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana ("we"). These terms apply between us and the business that signs up ("you").
2. Your account
You must be a business and at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the people you invite and what they do in your account, and for keeping passwords and second factors safe.
3. Subscription and trial
The trial is free for the period shown at sign-up. After that, a paid plan is needed to create or change records. Fees are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, plus GST, and are not refundable except as set out in the refund policy.
4. Your data
You own the data you put in. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing terms. You can export it at any time, including while the account is read-only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to the acceptable use policy. We may suspend an account that breaks it, after notice where the law and the situation allow.
6. Prices and calculations
The software calculates quantities, costs and prices from the catalogue and rates you enter. You remain responsible for checking quotes and invoices before you send them.
7. Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in the app.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. After cancellation the account stays read-only for 90 days so you can export your data, then it may be deleted.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
