Refund and cancellation policy
1. Free trial
No payment is taken during the trial.
2. Cancelling
Cancel from Settings, Plan and billing at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid; there is no charge after that.
3. Refunds
Monthly fees are not refunded. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the first annual payment, we refund it in full. If you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the extra charge within 7 working days.
4. How refunds are paid
To the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
